OBITUARY: Mrs. Gillam, ?-1887, Mitchell County, Iowa



                            Mrs. Gillam

The funeral services of Mrs. Gillam were held at the house, Thursday,
December 29th, 1887. The bereaved husband with his five motherless children
followed her to the grave.  Her illness was brief.

She leaves a babe six weeks, old.  The children will be cared for, by
their mother's sister at the home of their grandfather, Mr. Rose.

Rev. R. D. Parsons conducted the religious services.
