OBITUARY: Albert Oliver Huset, 1879-1936, Mitchell County, Iowa




                        Albert Oliver Huset 

Albert Huset, 56, died at the county home Sunday, after an illness of
only a few minutes from a heart attack.

Mr. Huset was born in Wisconsin, the son of Ole and Kari Lundene Huset.
The father died when the children were very young, and the mother moved
to Mitchell County, settling first in St. Ansgar, and later moving to
Meroa where she made her home until her death a few years ago.

Surviving is a brother, Clarence Huset, who farms in the vicinity of
Meroa, and three sisters: Mrs. John Peterson of Mason City, Mrs. Effie
Johnson of Forest City, and Mrs. Iver Halvorson of Osage.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon in the Rock Creek
Lutheran church, in charge of the Rev. O.C. Myhre, at 1 p.m., and burial
made in the Meroa cemetery.
