                       Madelyn Mindy Meyerhofer

OSAGE, IOWA-- Madelyn Mindy Meyerhofer, 47, died Monday, August 11, (1997),
at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center, Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Sacred Heart
Catholic Church, with the Rev. Philip Recker, officiating. There will be no
burial. Cremation will take place after services.

The Champion Funeral Home, Osage, is in charge of arrangements.

Madelyn Mindy Meyerhofer was born Jan. 30, 1950, in Osage.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Meyerhofer, Osage; two sons, Robert
Meyerhofer and Michael Meyerhofer, both of Iowa City; parents, Joseph and
Lois Mostek, Mitchell; four sisters, Marcia Chrysler of Atlanta, Ga.,
Maureen Havlovic of Lewis, Connie Chapman of Chicago, Ill., and Julie
Anne Kuhl, Lake Bluff, Ill.; three brothers, Joseph Mostek, James Mostek
and Daniel Mostek, all of Mitchell.

She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.
