                         Arthur O. Olson

OSAGE, IOWA-- Arthur O. Olson, 94, of Osage, died Wednesday, August 13,
[1997], at the Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Our Savior's Lutheran
Church, with the Rev. Dennis Hanson and the Rev. Roy Ott, officiating.

Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Arthur O. Olson was born Feb. 11, 1903, at Leland, Iowa.

Survivors include his wife, Eleanor, of Osage; and one sister, Mabel
Sawyer, of Osage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, one daughter and
three brothers.

The Champion Funeral Home, Osage, is in charge of arrangements.
