OBITUARY: Marion Nils Taylor Peterson, 1917-1937, Mitchell County, Iowa



                    Marion Nils Taylor Peterson

Marion Nils Taylor Peterson, son of Nicolai and Olava Docken Peterson,
was born at Meroa, Cedar Township, Iowa, on April 28, 1917.  He was
baptized at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church on June 24, 1917.  His
childhood was spent in the parental home until he was 14 years of age.
Since that time he has been a patient in the hospital at Woodward, Iowa.
He died there on October 8, 1937.

His parents, and one brother, Charles, at home survive him.  Funeral
services were conducted by the Rev. O.C. Myhre at the Champion Funeral
Home at 1:00 Monday afternoon and at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at
2:00 p.m.  Interment was in the Rock Creek Lutheran cemetery.
