Gerald Keith is also doing fine. Part 2: The Death Notice [Oct. 2, 1929. Wednesday] One of the saddest deaths ever occurred here came Friday night, when Mrs. George Plowman died at the Park Hospital after a sickness lasting since the birth of her little son on August 20. She was taken back to the hospital Friday noon in hopes that an operation might save her life but she grew steadily worse until death came to relieve her suffering. The little son of Mr. and Mrs. Plowman was taken Sunday night to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Will Plowman were he will be tenderly cared for. The baby was baptized by Rev. Mr. Galbrath immediately following the funeral services of the Mother. The baby was given the name of Gerald Keith. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Heard stood as sponsors. Copyright 2005 - Marilyn Oconnor
