OBITUARY: Agnes (Prell) Wagner, 1883-1951, Mitchell County, Iowa Final Rites for Agnes Wagner Held Thursday Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Wagner, 68, who was found dead at her home near Mitchell Monday afternoon, October 22, were held last Thursday at 3 p.m. at the Champion funeral home with the Rev. H. F. Risse officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove cemetery at Mitchell. Dr. R. L. Whitley, Mitchell county coroner, said death had occurred several hours earlier, probably due to a heart attack. Mrs. Wagner was born in Worth County on September 15, 1883, to John and Mary Prell. In 1906 she was married to F. M. Baker. The couple made their first home at Chamberlain, S. Dak., and then moved back to Iowa. In 1919 she was married to John Wagner, and they lived near Mitchell. Mr. Wagner died in 1931. Survivors include two children, Prell Baker of Stewartville, Minn., and Mrs. Fritz Hanson of Rochester, Minn.; three sisters, Mrs. John Koci of Manly, and Mrs. John Banjay and Miss Leone Prell, both of New Boston, Ill.; four brothers, Leon and Ira Prell, both of Manly, Harry of New Boston, and Jason of Cumberland, Wis.; and six grandchildren.
