OBITUARY: George Grossman Jr., c1921-1934, Mitchell Co., Iowa

                           George Grossman Jr.
                            Found Dead Friday            

The youngest son of the George Grossmans, living East of Stacyville, was
found dead Friday [Aug. 31, 1934] evening about 6 o'clock with his neck
broken.

George jr., 13, had gone to the barn to start the chores, and when he did
not appear later a search was made, and he was found lying in an alley-way
in the barn with his neck broken. It is thought that possible he fell
through a hay shoot from the haymow.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday morning.


[George was the son of George Grossman Sr., and Theresa Winter Grossman.
