For several days there was little change noted in her condition and no particular alarm was felt concerning her until a few days before her death when unfavorable developments appeared. From then she grew weaker until death brought relief about 3:10 Thursday morning July 26, 1917. She leaves beside her husband, three sisters, Mrs. C. H. Miller, Mrs. Amelia Fulton and Mrs. James Rossiter, who are living here. Mrs. Meyer was confirmed in her girlhood in the German Lutheran church, but later united with the M.E. church and was a regular and devoted attendant. The funeral was held at the M.E. church Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. conducted by Rev. William Gailbreth. Interment was made at St. Ansgar cemetery.
