OBITUARY: Norma Jean Olson, 1936-1936, Mitchell County, Iowa

                     Infant Daughter of Olaf Olsons Died

Norma Jean the 7-week-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Olaf Olson, passed away
at the home of her parents south of Meroa, at 7 a.m. Monday.  The baby had
been frail since birth.

However, it was not ill and the young mother had attended to it twice during
the night, the last time at 1:00 a.m.  In the morning it was found the
baby had been dead for several hours.

Surviving are the parents.  The mother before her marriage was Alice
Ammonson.  Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. O. C. Myhre,
pastor of the Rock Creek Lutheran church.
