Funeral services for Helen Marie Timmerman, 80, of LeRoy, Minnesota, were
held on Monday, Sept. 12, 2005 at the Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville,
Iowa, with Pastor Thelma Colorado Subramanian officiating.

Burial will be at a later date.

Helen passed away on Friday, Sept. 9, 2005 at the Mitchell County Regional
Health Center in Osage, Iowa.

Helen was born October 21, 1924, daugher of Harvey and Althea Bonwell
Van De Walker, in McIntire, Iowa. She graduated from McIntire High School
in 1942.

Helen married Robert Timmerman on August 2, 1944 in LeRoy, Minnesota.  She
worked 35 years for LeRoy Products; mostly as plant manager.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Arla Richardson;
and two brothers: Earl and Bud; and by one infant grandson, Todd.

Survivors include her husband, Bob of LeRoy, Minn.; one son Gene and his
wife Darlene Timmerman of Mason City; one daughter Janet and her husband
Greg Holmes of Detroit Lakes, Minn.; three grandchildren, Troy, Scott and
Jennifer; and five great-grandchildren; a sister Shirley Grimley and her
husband Glann of Oelwein and a brother Keith and his wife Dorothy Van
DeWalker of Oelwein.

Lindstrom Funeral Home in Riceville was in charge of arrangements.
