GRATIAS, John C.
Passed away on August 26, 2006, at age 86. A 65-year resident of Sacramento, he 
was a longtime florist in the area. He is survived by a daughter, 
grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Services on Friday, Sept. 1, at 3:00 PM 
at East Lawn Cemetery. Published in the Sacramento Bee on 8/31/2006. 




Additional Comments:
John married Lillian (d. abt. 1958 in Sacramento)of Cerro Gordo, IA.  He served 
in the U.S. Navy.  After the war the couple moved to Sacramento,CA. His cousin 
Ardith Spott(nee)of Cerro Gordo, IA,resident of Sacramento, CA attended the 
funeral, as well as many family friends and D. J. Sutton.
