Johnson, son of Mr. & Mrs. George Johnson of St. Ansgar, IA was solemnized at the Little Brown Church October 14th, 1930 at 11:00 o'clock by the Rev. William H. Kent. The bridal party was accompanied by the parents of the contracting parties and Miss Bertha Von Bergen, acting as bridesmaid and Mr. Selmer Johnson, who served in the capacity of best man. The bride looked very lovely in brown chiffon with accessories to match. The bridesmaid was charmingly dressed in green flat crepe with contrasting accessories. After the services, the wedding party enjoyed dinner in Nashua, Iowa. Mrs. Johnson is a graduate of the Otranto High school and has been assisting at Hugo F. Bublitz's for the past 3 months. The groom has been farming with his brother Selmer during the season. After November 1st, the young couple will be at home on the Boening farm.
