William Kent at the Little Brown church at Nashua, Iowa. The bride wore an ankle length gown of pink lace and silver sandals and wore a corsage and a wreath. Miss Blanche Fox, sister of the bridegroom attended the bride. She wore an ankle length gown of light blue crepe and also wore a corsage and wreath. George Walitschek, brother to the bride, acted as best man. Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride's parents, with about 40 people in attendance. In the evening, a wedding dance was given in Wilke's hall in honor of the newlyweds. Those from away who attended the wedding were: Henry Walitschek and two daughters; Mrs. George Walitschek and Catherine Wirth of Chicago; Mr. & Mrs. Joe Bentle of Rudd, IA; Mr. & Mrs. Frank Holt of Grafton, IA; and Mr. & Mrs. Willie Young and family of Osage, IA.
