Blanche Poulosky

	Blanche Struble Aitken Poulosky, Onawa, Iowa, died Tuesday, May 12, 
1992 in Onawa.  
	She was born February 9, 1895, in Monona County, Iowa, the eldest of 
eleven children of Ira Edward Struble and Effa (Pembrook) Struble.  On 
February 15, 1915, she married William Aitken.    To this union six daughters 
were born:  Juanita, Winona, Wanda, Wyma, and Letty, and one other daughter.  
William died June 29, 1949.
	On November 11, 1956, Blanche married John Poulosky.   Mr. Poulosky 
died February 26, 1979.
		Surviving her are her daughters, Juanita Reckoff of Storm 
Lake, Winona Olson of Onawa, another daughter of Castana and Letty Hammer of 
Battle Creek, Iowa; and a son-in-law, Everett Knoff, of Castana, five 
stepchildren, three brothers, Edward Struble and his wife, Ethel, of Onawa, 
Ivan Struble of Castana, and Conn Struble and his wife, Gwendolyn of Denver, 
CO, three sisters, Mildred Amundson of Olathe, KS, Jennie Hofsgar of Lamoni, 
IA, and another sister and her husband of Castana, and a sister-in-law, 
Lucille Struble, of Onawa, thirteen grandchildren, twenty seven great 
grandchildren and fourteen great great grandchildren.
	Preceding her in death were her parents, two daughters, Wanda Olson 
and Wyma Knoff, her sons-in-law, Mahlon Reckoff, Edward Olson, Emil Olson, and 
Lester Hammer, two sisters and their husbands, Floris and Chester Davis and 
Clelia and Charles Davis, two brothers, Lloyd Struble, and Warren Struble, and 
his wife, Lenora and one great grandson, Donald Collison.
