Death came from a heart attack. He had suffered a severe attack a couple of years ago but recovered from that and they were back to Soldier only a few months ago. Lyle spent a big share of his life in the Soldier community, operating a cafe and before leaving Soldier operated a cream station for several years. At one time, before the death of his first wife, Ollie Conger, many people in Soldier purchased milk from them. Left to mourn his passing are his wife and two sons, Lorne and Leland. At the time of going to press we have no particulars on the funeral, but it is possible the body may be returned here for burial. Additional Comments: His wife was Olive Conger.
