	Gladys Marie Amundson, Ute, died, April 29, 1994 at Denison, Iowa at 
the age of 84 years, 8 months and 14 days.
	Gladys was born August 15, 1909 at Onawa, Iowa, the daughter of 
William and Emma (Gibble) Gantz.    She married Arnold Amundson August 9, 1933 
at Onawa.    Arnold died in 1975.  
	
	Survivors include one son and his wife, Dennis and Cheryl Amundson of 
Ute.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Arlen in 1950, her 
husband, Arnold a brother, Amos Gantz, and an infant sister.
	Funeral services were held Monday, May 2, 1994 at 10 a.m. at Soldier 
Lutheran Church.
