Mabel R. Anderson                      (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mabel R. Anderson, 88, Holy Spirit Retirement Home, died Sunday.
	
	Mrs. Anderson, the former Mabel Knutson, was born Nov. 26, 1893, at 
Soldier, Iowa, where she attended public school.
	She married Carl O. Anderson Jan. 14, 1920, in Sioux City  Mr. 
Anderson died Feb. 4, 1973.
	Survivors include two sons, Amos of Sioux Falls, S.D. and Earl of 
Cedar Rapids, Iowa; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
