Archie “Art” Anderson                        (From the collection of Vivian 
Norby Andersen)

	Archie “Art” George Anderson, 76, Onawa, Iowa, passed away August 15, 
1983, at Burgess Memorial Hospital, Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born November 17, 1906, at Blencoe, Iowa, to Minnie Page 
Anderson and Abram Anderson.  On March 20, 1929, he was united in marriage 
with Gladys Anderson at Sioux City, Iowa.
	Survivors include:  his wife, Gladys; 2 sons, one of Wichita, Kansas, 
and Myron G. of Sioux City, Iowa; 4 sisters; 2 brothers, Glen, of Durango, 
Colorado, and Donald, of Blencoe, Iowa; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-
grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, and 1 brother, Lloyd.
