Ray A. Baier

	Ray A. Baier, 86, Soldier, Iowa, died suddenly at his home in Soldier 
on March 18, 1992.
	He was born January 16, 1906, at Delmont, SD, the son of Robert and 
Olga (Hehn) Baier.   He married Alice Beatrice Nordaker on Mary 24, 1930, at 
Sioux City.   Mrs. Baier died June 24, 1988, in Dunlap.
	He was a member of the Soldier Lutheran Church.
	Survivors include a son of Soldier, and two sisters, Norma Cameron of 
Key Largo, FL and Laura BonDurant of Dundin, FL.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a son, Thomas, and 
a brother, Arlo.
