	Oscar Maurice Bakke, 84,  died Friday, February 2, 1990, at Burgess 
Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born November 18, 1905, in Onawa to Oscar and Harriet (Wight) 
Bakke.    On June 11, 1939, he married Ethel Rose Lueninghoener in Sioux City, 
Iowa.  
	Survivors include his wife, Ethel of Onawa, one son, Eugene of Orem, 
Utah, one daughter, Maureen Wilcke of Onawa, six grandchildren; and four great 
grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, 
Wight and Clarence.
