Lawrence Boe                               (From the collection of Vivian 
Norby Andersen)

	Lawrence Henry Boe was born December 28, 1909, in Willow Township, 
Monona County, Iowa, the son of John E. and Lulu M. Boe.  He died at the 
Community Memorial Hospital in Missouri Valley on Friday, April 11, 1986.
	
	On February 24, 1959, he was married to Ruth Shumate.  
	He is survived by his wife, Ruth, four sisters, Neva, Mrs. Kenneth 
Austin of Dunlap, Irene, Mrs. Dewey Cleveland of Woodbine, Betty Boe of 
Dunlap, and Enid, Mrs. Richard Brown of San Diego, Calif., nieces and nephews, 
and grand nieces and nephews.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Warren, and a 
sister, Lila Jackson.
