	Genevieve Lila “Gen” Bond, 77, Onawa, Iowa, died Monday, May 4, 1987 
in Sioux City.
	She was born February 13, 1910, in Monona County, Iowa to Charles 
Wesley and Anna Louise (Christensen) Thayer.  On January 15, 1933, she married 
Clarence Bond at Onawa.  
	Survivors include her husband, Clarence, one son, Darrell of San 
Diego, Calif., one sister, Mrs. Bud (Doris) Pixler of Bronson, two brothers, 
William C. of Sheldon and Glen of Omaha, two grandchildren and one great 
grandson.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Delbert E., and 
three brothers, Roscoe in infancy, Lewis and Norse.
