PHIL CATO                     (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Phil Cato, 80, Onawa, Iowa, passed away January 16, 1983, at his 
residence in Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born June 22, 1902, to Robert Cato and Tillie Henn Cato at 
Northboro, Iowa.   On December 15, 1928, he was united in marriage to Helen 
Paine at Council Bluffs, Iowa.  She died December 20, 1956.  On August 20, 
1959, he married Ethel Roush at Elk Point, S.D.  
	Survivors include his wife, Ethel and a son,  daughter-in-law, and 
their daughter.  Other survivors include Ethel’s daughter, Joanne  and her 
five children.
