	E. Joan Chamberlain, 52,died at Phoenix, AZ on June 24, 1986.
	
	Joan, daughter of Jesse F. and Hattie Davis Chedester was born 
November 30, 1933  near Soldier.  
	Joan was united in marriage to Robert Chamberlain on October 22, 1955 
at the Turin Methodist Church.
	Survivors include two sons, Timothy of Phoenix, and Thomas of Tucson, 
three grandchildren, four sisters, Hazel Pohlman of Ute, Audrey Martindale of 
Onawa, Shirley Buter of Anderson Island, Wash. and Lois Gallagher of Omaha.
	Preceding her in death were her parents, two sisters, Lola and 
Marjorie, and a brother, Roland
