HARRY S. DICK                    (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Harry S. Dick, a long time resident of Soldier, Iowa, passed away at 
Burgess Memorial Hospital at Onawa on April 30, 1973.
	He was born at Indiana, Pennsylvania on January 19, 1886, the son of 
George and Melinda Stephens Dick.  He came to Soldier at an early age and was 
united in marriage to Beatrice Shol at Onawa on January 29, 1919.  
	Survivors include his wife, Beatrice; two daughters; two sons; two 
sisters, Mrs. Gould Coy of Clymer, Pennsylvania and Mrs. Karl Love of Long 
Beach, California; one brother, Paul Dick of Fresno, California.  There are 10 
grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his 
parents, one daughter, one brother and one sister.
