	Beatrice S. Dick, formerly of Soldier, Iowa, died Saturday, November 
21, 1992, at Elmwood Care Centre in Onawa, Iowa.  
	She was born July 13, 1898, near Soldier, Iowa, the daughter of Andrew 
and Annie (Skow) Shol.  She was united in marriage to Harry S. Dick at Onawa 
on January 29, 1919.  Mr. Dick died April 30, 1973 at Onawa.
	
	Survivors include her two daughters, Bette Polenske and her husband, 
Richard of Phoenix, AZ, and Norma Baughman and her husband, Walter, of Payson, 
AZ, two sons, Arles Dick and his wife, Cathie of Soldier and Murlyn Dick and 
his wife, Rosie of Center Point, IA, one sister, Mrs. George (Doris) Burson of 
Soldier, two sisters-in-law, Leone Shol of Moorhead and Jenny Parks of Bishop, 
CA, ten grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a daughter, 
Iona May, in infancy, two brothers, Elmer and Leslie, and three sisters, Lola, 
Alice and Francis.
