	Alvina Leona Evenson, 79, died Wednesday, December 14, 1988 in Onawa.
	She was born January 4, 1909, in Little Sioux, Iowa, to John and 
Lovisa (Anderson) Hanson.    On February 27, 1932, she married Conrad H. 
Evenson at Nashua, Iowa.  He died in June 1957.
	
	Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. John M. (Margaret) McGowan of 
Lincoln, Neb., one son, Richard of Noblesville, Ind., one sister, Mrs. Anne 
Outhouse of Moorhead, two brothers, Lennox Hanson of Onawa, and Elmer Hanson 
of Dows, and five grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Conrad, one 
sister, Clare Hanson, and two brothers, Albert and John.
