Dale Fletcher			(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Dale Fletcher was born Nov. 17, 1900 at Whiting, Iowa, the son of 
Frank and Phania Anderson Fletcher.  He passed from this life in the Burgess 
Memorial Hospital in Onawa on Oct. 14, 1970.  
	On March 12, 1925 he was united in marriage with Betty C. Carlson at 
Sioux City, Iowa.  
	
	Survivors include his wife, Betty; three daughters; two sons, Wayne 
Fletcher of Chariton, Iowa and Denny Fletcher of Denison, Iowa.  There are 22 
grandchildren and one great grandson; six sisters, Mrs. Mable Benner and 
Gladys, Mrs. Sid Gulick, both of Whiting, Iowa;  Mrs. Frank Katzenberger of 
Columbia, Mo.; Alta, Mrs. Bob Crawford of Summersville, Mo., Mrs. Goldie 
Gulick of Sloan, Ia.; and Mrs. Bonnie Wilson of Huron, S. D.; and two 
brothers, Doris of Whiting and Park of Turin.
	His parents, one brother and one sister preceded him in death.
