	Stanley Elton Frydenlund, 62, of Soldier, Iowa, died Saturday, January 
22, 1994, at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa.
	He was born July 16, 1931, in Soldier, the son of Lauritz and Julia 
(Brynjulson) Frydenlund.  
	On June 26, 1955, he married Marceil L. Nathlich of Mapleton.
	Survivors include his wife, Marceil, five daughters and their 
husbands, Kathy and Mike Cedillo, Julie and Mike Ahrens, Karen and Daniel 
Cummins, and Karol and Mike Sledge, all of Omaha and Janice and David VanNess 
of Moorhead; a sister and her husband, Mardell and Vern Denney of Onawa, seven 
grandchildren and one step grandchild.
	He was preceded in death by his parents.
