SIGRID MARIE HANSEN                   (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mrs. Sigrid Marie Hansen, a longtime resident of Moorhead, Iowa, 
passed away September 18, 1974, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Sioux City.
	
	She was born on February 15, 1894 at Bjirge, Jutland, Denmark, and 
came to the United States in 1916.  On August 4, 1917, she was united in 
marriage to Anton Hansen of Sioux City.  He preceded her in death on August 
11, 1962, at Moorhead.
	
	Survivors include 3 sons, two daughters, twelve grandchildren, three 
great grandchildren, and two sisters in Denmark.
	She was preceded in death by her husband, one daughter, Ruth; and one 
grandson, Rodney.
