Herman M. Hanson							1995

	Herman Melvin Hanson was born June 1, 1901.   He died Tuesday, April 
11, 1995 at Hacienda Care Center, Livermore, CA.
	 He was the youngest of eight children of Anton and Thea Hanson who 
were Norwegian immigrants.
	
	He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Hilda in December, 
and a son, Dwayne, in January.  He is survived by two daughters and their 
husbands, one  of Sun Lakes, AZ, and Eloise and Loyd Straight of Livermore, 
CA, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren and many nieces and 
nephews.
