	Claire Harris, 65, Onawa, Iowa, died suddenly on Saturday, May 16, 
1987.
	He was born October 7, 1921 at Moorhead, Iowa, the son of Delbert  and 
Minnie (Nicholson) Harris.  He married Mary Smith March 21, 1942, at Blair, 
Neb.  
	He is survived by his wife, Mary, of Onawa, two sons, Rex of Onawa and 
Phillip of West Bend, Iowa, a brother, Maynard of Moorhead, a sister, Mrs. Jay 
(Maxine) Griffith of Mesa, Ariz., and two granddaughters.
	He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant brothers.
