	Hoyle Leo Hedum, 77 of Ephrata, Wash., and formerly of Sioux City, 
died Dec. 17 at Moses Lake, Wash., after a brief illness.
	Mr. Hedum was born Nov 1, 1909, in Soldier, Iowa. He married Elenore 
Quinn on Feb. 4, 1935, in Chicago.   Mrs. Hedum died in May 1970.
	Survivors include three sons, John of Yorkville, Ill., Michael of 
Ephrata, and Terrence of South Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Dean (Roberta) 
Peterson of Sioux City, and Kristine Fobes of Azusa, Calif.; and 15 
grandchildren.
