	Martha Determan Heisterkamp, 93, Onawa, Iowa, died Tuesday, May 12, 
1998, at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa.
	She was born April 10, 1905, at Breda, Iowa, the daughter of August 
and Mary (Luchtel) Determan.  She married Frank A. Heisterkamp November 20, 
1923, at Breda.   Mr. Heisterkamp died July 14, 1974, at Sibley, Iowa.
	
	Survivors are five daughters, Yvonne Hanneman of Council Bluffs, Verla 
Benjamin of Onawa, Ardith and her husband James Olson of Onawa, Mavis and 
husband Dwayne Ryan of Blencoe and Gayle and husband Ray Card of Columbia, TN; 
four sons and their wives, Delbert and Yvonne, of Onawa, Roger and Joanne of 
Blencoe, Franklin and Wanda of Blencoe and Ronald and Geraldine of Mondamin, 
and a daughter-in-law Patricia Heisterkamp of Onawa; fifty-seven 
grandchildren, ninety-seven great grandchildren and eighteen great great 
grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her husband; a son Glenn; one grandson, 
Thomas Heisterkamp; one great grandson Joshua; three sons-in-law, Quentin 
Hanneman, Maurice Benjamin and Dennis Keele; four brothers and five sisters.
