	Dr. Glenn V. Higgins, Harlingen, Texas, age 61, died on April 27, 1987.
	
	Dr. Higgins was born on May 5, 1925 at Castana, Iowa to Bernard and 
Hulda Higgins.  
	Survivors include his wife, Evelyn, a son, Steven of Kalispell, Mont., 
a daughter, Mrs. Mark (Robin) Allen of Klines, Iowa, a brother, Leo of San 
Diego, Calif and two grandsons.
