	Ole Holt was born on October 22, 1884 in Soldier, Iowa, a son of Mr. 
and Mrs. Hans Holt.  He passed away in Onawa, IA on December 1, 1967.
	Ole was united in marriage to Esther Nelsen on May 7, 1925 in Onawa, 
Iowa.
	Survivors include his wife, Esther; two daughters, Mrs. Harry Squier 
of Onawa and Mrs. Marvin Wacker of Council Bluffs; two sons, Stanley of 
Soldier and Harold of Huntsville, Alabama; 12 grandchildren and two great 
grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Carl Mangen of Ute and Mrs. Minnie 
Peterson of Soldier.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and five brothers.
