Helga Holt Dies
Suddenly Sunday                           (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Helga Holt, 65, a resident of the Soldier community all her life, died 
quite suddenly Sunday, August 27 at 1:30 p.m.  She made her home with her 
sister, Minnie Peterson and brother, Severt Holt.
	Funeral services were held at Soldier Lutheran Church Wednesday, July 
30 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor John C. Kilde officiating.  Burial was in Soldier 
Valley Cemetery under the direction of Oldham Funeral Home.
	Helga Holt, daughter of Anna and Hans Holt, was born at Soldier, Iowa, 
February 11, 1893 and passed away July 27th, 1958 at her home.
	She was a member of Soldier Lutheran Church, having been baptized 
April 9, 1893 and confirmed on August 4, 1907.
	Surviving are two sisters and three brothers, Mrs. Minnie Peterson and 
Severt at home, and Ole Holt of Soldier, Mrs. Inga Mangen of Ute and Oscar 
Holt of Denver, Colorado.  She was preceded in death by three brothers.
	She had lived in the Soldier community all her life.
