     Donna L. Bierman, 68, of South Sioux City and formerly of Kearney, Neb., 
died Tuesday, March 17, 1992, in Sioux City, Iowa.
	Mrs. Bierman was born July 11, 1923, in Soldier, the daughter of 
George E. and Rose (Meadows) Lee.   She married Harold Huffaker in 1940.  In 
1952, she married Kenneth Bierman in Kearney.  He preceded her in death.  
	
	Survivors include a son, Richard Lee Bierman and his wife, Kay of 
South Sioux City; four grandchildren, Rhett and Kourtney, both of South Sioux 
City, Richard Lee Bierman II of Cedar Falls, Iowa, and Kendra Key of Kearney; 
two sisters, Darlene and her husband, Joe Peterson of Red Lake Falls, Minn., 
and Colleen and her husband, Harvey Straight of Soldier, Iowa; three brothers, 
Bryce Lee and his wife, Alicia and George Lee all of Soldier, and Gale Lee and 
his wife, Darleen of Whiting, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
	She was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Twila June; 
and a brother, Billy Jay.
