MARTIN KALSKETT               (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Martin Kalskett of Moorhead, Iowa passed away at Burgess Memorial 
Hospital at Onawa, Iowa on June 13, 1977.
	He was born in Willow Township in Monona County, Iowa on May 22, 
1886.  His parents were Herman Kalskett and Mary Louisa Gilbertson Kalskett.  
On April 29, 1915 he was married to Caroline Matilda (Tilla) Lee at Soldier, 
Iowa.  Mrs. Kalskett died on April 2, 1977.
	
	Survivors include his sisters, Mrs. Robert (Augusta) McLachlan and 
Mrs. Norman (Helen) Byg, both of Denver, Colorado, Mrs. Anton (Maryann) 
Christensen of Des Moines, Iowa, Mrs. Jens (Hazel) Johnson of Belmond, Iowa 
and Miss Nel B. Kalskett of Moorhead, Iowa and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Winston 
(Florence) Kalskett of Moorhead, Iowa as well as a number of nieces and 
nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers and 
three sisters.
