	Clara E. Kelley, 81, Onawa, Iowa, died August 13, 1986, at Burgess 
Memorial Hospital, Onawa, Iowa.
	Clara was  born May 18, 1905, at Casey, Iowa, daughter of Fred Henry 
and Laura Alice (Marshall) Jobes.   On May 15, 1930, she married Oliver Calvin 
Kelley at Atlantic.   He died January 23, 1968, at Onawa.  
	
	Survivors include one son, Lt. Col. Donald R. Kelley of Woodbridge, 
Va., one sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Doris) Rowley of Phoenix, Ariz., four 
grandsons, and three great-granddaughters.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, 
and three sisters.
