	Clara E. Kelley, 81, Onawa, Iowa, died August 13, 1986, at Burgess 
Memorial Hospital, Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born May 18, 1905, at Casey, Iowa, the youngest of six 
children of Fred Henry and Laura Alice (Marshall) Jobes.   On May 15, 1930, 
she married Oliver Calvin Kelley at Atlantic, IA.    He died January 23, 1968, 
at Onawa.  	Survivors include  of Woodbridge, Va., one sister, Mrs. 
Kenneth (Doris) Rowley of Phoenix, Ariz., four grandsons, and three great-
granddaughters.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, 
and three sisters.
