	Clarice L. Kelley, 71, Woodbine, Iowa, died on November 26, 1989, in 
the Rose Vista Nursing Home in Woodbine.
	She was born at Soldier, Iowa June 17, 1918, the daughter of Clay and 
Ann (Ulven) Kelley.  
	Survivors include a son, Ronald Deeds of Council Bluffs, Iowa, four 
grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, a brother, Clayton Kelley, of 
Eugene, Ore., one step brother, Gary Winters of Sgt. Bluff, Iowa, and seven 
step-sisters, Vivian Anderson, Sioux City, Iowa, Opal Brewer, Elk Point, S.D., 
Maxine Sherrard, Calais, Maine, Bonnie Bouck, Elk Point, S.D., Delores 
Martinez, Boston, Mass., Nancy Van Meter, Sioux City and Dorothy Stewart, 
South Sioux City, Neb.
	She was preceded in death by her father, her mother, Anna Kelley 
Winters, her stepfather, Ben Winters, and her adoptive parents, Richard and 
Gunda Knutson.
