	Hazel Knoff, 83, Soldier, Iowa, died Friday, August 16, 1991, at 
Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born August 14, 1908, at Moorhead, Iowa, to Fern and Goldie 
(McLaughlin) Coate.  She graduated from Moorhead High School.  On February 18, 
1928, she married Joseph Stenos Knoff at Onawa.  He died November 10, 1977, at 
Onawa.  
	Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Neal (LaQueta) Gorham of Soldier, 
two grandsons, Randy and his wife, Sandy Olson of Moorhead and Craig and his 
wife, Linda Olson of Mapleton, five great grandchildren, Stacy Olson, Carly 
Olson, Marcy Olson, Aaron Olson and Nina Olson, and two sisters, Beatrice 
Nuzum of Pisgah and Vivian Beers of Onawa.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sisters, 
Velma Christensen and LaVonne Coate.
