CHARLEY C. LARSON	(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

MOORHEAD, Ia. – Special:  Funeral services for Charley C. Larson, 72, a farmer 
and lifetime resident of the Moorhead community who died Wednesday at an 
Onawa, Ia., hospital where he had been a patient for several weeks, will be at 
1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Pearson funeral home at Onawa, and at 2:30 p.m. 
Saturday at the Bethesda Lutheran church at Moorhead.  Rev. William King will 
officiate and burial will be in Ingeman cemetery.  Graveside military rites 
will be conducted by Peter A. Hansen post 365, American Legion.
	Mr. Larson was born September 22, 1887 near Moorhead.  He was a 
veteran of world war 1 and a member of the American Legion.  On February 22, 
1921 he married Cora Sorensen.  She died in 1955.
	Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Joe Jirovsky of Onawa; a son, 
Stanley of Moorhead; two brothers, Elmer Larson of Moorhead and Oscar Larson 
of Onawa and two grandchildren.
