OBITUARY OF
FLOYD A. LARSON		(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Floyd A. Larson was born December 18, 1900, at Soldier, Iowa, the son 
of LeRoy and Lizzie Larson.  He died January 16, 1968 at a Sioux City hospital 
after an illness of approximately three years.  He was 67 years old.
	Floyd was a lifetime resident of Soldier.  On December 18, 1920 he was 
united in marriage with Gertrude Oriet at Great Falls, Montana
	Survivors include the wife, Gertrude of Soldier; three daughters; 10 
grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Floyd Dumkreiger of 
Soldier; two brothers, Ralph Larson of Inglewood, Calif. and Royce Larson of 
Spenard, Alaska.
