LAWRENSON                             (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Loren (Jay) Lawrenson passed away Monday, May 22, 1978 at the Onawa 
Hospital after a brief illness.
	Loren (Jay) Harold Lawrenson, son of William and Clara Lawrenson, was 
born Sept. 4, 1900 near Moorhead, Iowa.  
	
	Survivors include besides his widow Carrie; his sister Fae L. Nelson, 
Whiting, Iowa and a step-son;  five grandchildren   and three great-
grandchildren.  Other survivors are many nieces, nephews, cousins and one 
remaining aunt, Ida Gibbs, and many friends.
