	Rose Blanch Lee died on Tuesday, June 28, 1988, in Burgess Memorial 
Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born August 30, 1899, at Ute, Iowa, the daughter of William 
and Jennie (Brawley) Meadows.   She was married to George Edwin Lee October 
15, 1919, at Omaha.    Mr. Lee died January 9, 1981, in Onawa.  	
	She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Joe (Darlene) Peterson of Red 
Lake Falls, Minn., Mrs. Kenneth (Donna) Bierman of Kearney, Neb., and Mrs. 
Harvey (Colleen) Straight of Soldier; three sons, Gale of Whiting, and Bryce 
and George, Jr., both of Soldier, two brothers, Launie Meadows of Onawa and 
Cecil Meadows of Mapleton, two sisters, Effie Olson of Dunlap and May Jerup of 
Franklin Park, Ill., thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great 
grandchildren, and two step grandchildren and six step great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant children, four 
brothers and two sisters.
