	Earl Milton Mander, 75, of Blencoe, Iowa, passed away  unexpectedly 
Tuesday, July 19, 1994, at his residence.
	He was born March 10, 1919, in the Onawa area, the son of Ed and Alma 
(Johnson) Mander.   He married Phyllis Nikoleisen September 26, 1948, in 
Blencoe.  
	Survivors include his wife, Phyllis, two daughters and their husbands, 
Karen and Bill Hurd of Pewaukee, WI, and Kay and John Bellis of Amarillo, TX; 
four brothers, Edward of Onawa, Ervin of Whiting, Elvin of Onawa and Elroy of 
Omaha, HE; two sisters, Florence Anderson of Oakland, NE and Flavia McCandless 
of Whiting; and five grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and a sister.
