	Ralph U. Martin, 88, Onawa, Iowa passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2003 
at Onawa, Iowa.
	Ralph was born August 6, 1914 at Sigourney, Iowa, the son of Claude 
and Ada (Beall) Martin  He married Bernadine Tornow June 5, 1937 at 
Sigourney.    Ralph and Bernadine retired in 1979 and moved to Pisgah.  She 
passed away October 16, 1992. 
	
	Survivors include his children, Kay and her husband Jerry Hansen of 
Moorhead, Kendall and his wife Trish Martin of Omaha, NE, Kristy Price of Ida 
Grove, IA, Connie and her husband Joe Ball of Woodbine and Keith and his wife 
Judy Martin of Mapleton, IA; fourteen grandchildren; nineteen great 
grandchildren; a sister Ruth Hutton of Sigourney and a sister-in-law Margaret 
Martin of East Moline, IL.
	In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, a 
brother Rex; a son-in-law, Don Price, a daughter-in-law Chris Martin and a 
brother-in-law, Aldus Hutton.
